Online purchases cannot be returned to ChicLounge physical stores; all returns must be processed online.
Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase. They must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
Return Policy by Category:
- Full-Priced Items: Free returns or exchanges within 30 days of delivery.
- Sale/Promotion Items: Free returns or exchanges within 30 days of delivery.
- Final Clearance Items: No change-of-mind returns or exchanges for clearance items (sorry, no returns).

- Earrings: Cannot be returned for sanitary reasons.
- Swimwear: Can be returned provided the item is unworn and the hygiene protection sticker is intact. Returns will not be accepted if the sticker has been removed.
- Underwear: Returns only accepted if the packaging is unopened.
- Gift with Purchase: If returning an item where you received a gift, the gift must also be returned, or the price of the gift will be deducted from your refund.
To return items, you must complete the form on the returns portal and send the item(s) back to us. Please ensure all details in the portal are accurate for a quick return or exchange.
Refund Process: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once we receive your returned items and confirm they meet the stated conditions.

Consumer Rights: You have rights under the American Consumer Law, and nothing in these return terms limits those rights.

Change-of-Mind Returns/Exchanges: Accepted for full-priced and sale items (not clearance) within 30 days.

Non-Returnable Items: Earrings, hats, and headwear cannot be returned for sanitary reasons.

Swimwear: Must have the hygiene protection label intact to be eligible for a return. Signs of wear, soiling, or removal of the label will result in the return being denied.

Return Shipping: You are responsible for return shipping fees, and all labels must remain intact.

Gift with Purchase: If returning an item purchased with a gift, the gift must also be returned, or the value of the gift will be deducted from your refund.

Faulty Items: You can return items that are: 7.1. Faulty or defective and not pointed out before purchase; 7.2. Not of acceptable quality as reasonably expected; 7.3. Not fit for their intended purpose, as expected at the time of purchase.

Refunds for Major Faults: You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a serious fault and may claim compensation for foreseeable loss or damage. For minor faults, we will offer a repair, replacement, or refund.

Damaged Products on Delivery: Notify us immediately if you receive a damaged product.

Refunds: Refunds will be processed as quickly as possible and issued to the original payment method used for your ChicLounge purchase.

Online Purchases Only: The returns policy applies only to goods purchased on ChicLounge.com. Physical store purchases must be returned in-store. For purchases through another retailer, contact them directly.
